Nishstudios Demo SMS Privacy Policy
Effective October 3, 2026. This section explains how Nishstudios handles information provided for this demo SMS program and supplements our general Privacy Policy.
We collect the name, phone number, email address, selected SMS preferences, and related inquiry information you submit. We use this information to respond to your request, provide requested demo support, maintain consent and opt-out records, and send promotional SMS only when you separately consent to marketing messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Service providers supporting message delivery, customer support, and recordkeeping may process necessary information on our behalf for these operational purposes, subject to appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information where required by law.

- Service messages concern requested demo instructions, demo follow-up, and related support. Marketing messages concern Nishstudios AI receptionist services, demo invitations, and offers, and require a separate marketing selection.
- Message frequency varies based on your requests and selected categories. Message and data rates may apply. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
- Both SMS consent options are voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Select only the message categories you want.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After an opt-out confirmation, no further program messages will be sent unless you provide new consent. Reply HELP for help or email info@nishstudios.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and filtering.
- You must be 18 or older and authorized to use the phone number you provide. Do not enter sensitive client, medical, payment, or legal information in the demo.
